Return & Refund Policy

1. Installation Services
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book any liner installation. The deposit secures your appointment and covers scheduling, planning, and travel allocation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations
If you cancel after booking, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds are available for deposits or completed services.
2. Pool Liners
Non-Returnable Liners
- Box has been opened
- Liner was unfolded or removed from packaging
- Liner shows signs of installation, dirt, or wear
- Incorrect measurements were provided by the customer
Returnable Liners
Factory-sealed liners may be returned if:
- The box is unopened and in new condition
- Return request is submitted within 14 days
- Customer pays return shipping
- A 20% restocking fee applies
3. Pool Parts & Accessories
The following items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging:
- Pumps, filters, hoses
- Skimmers, fittings, hardware
- Maintenance tools
- Replacement parts
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply depending on supplier.
4. Wrong Item Received
Please notify us within 72 hours and include photos of the item, box, and packing slip. We will arrange free return shipping or replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, box, and shipping label. We will file a claim and send a replacement.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-made or special-order liners are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days once the warehouse confirms item condition.
