Client Responsibilities And Important Information:

1.           POOL MUST BE EMPTY.  All water and debris must have been removed before the date of the liner change. Client is guided to remove all the water at the closest date to installation as possible. Use a pump. DO NOT drain the pool by puncturing/cutting a hole in the bottom of the existing liner. This will more than likely result in a rescheduling, as the pool bottom will be too wet.

2.           Installers are not responsible for any landscaping issues due to the removal of the water left at the bottom of the pool by using the method of cutting a hole at the lowest part of the pool bottom, and channeling the water out under the tracks. Installers are not responsible for disposal of previous liner. Installers will stack previous liner in manageable pieces outside of pool, to be disposed of by client.

3.           If the pool is not empty, an extra charge will be added to the installation cost, due to the extra time added to the installation. If too full, then rescheduling will be required.

4.           Warranty for installation is voided when old/degraded gaskets are re-used.

5.           Installers are only responsible for hooking up the skimmer and return to the filter/pump and are NOT liable for the working condition of the pump and filter. If hard plumbed, additional charges for plumbing components may be added.

7.           Shore Side Installations is not responsible for the disposal of the old liner from the job site. Installers can move the old liner to a specific location within reasonable limits. For a fee the old liner can be hauled off and disposed of.

8.           Full amount is to be paid upon completion of liner installation. If, for any reason after the old liner has been removed and the job needs to be postponed (pool wall is too rusted, wrong new liner, incorrect parts, etc.), then the client must pay half of the replacement price (plus travel charges if applicable).

9.           Shore Side Installations accepts cash, local checks, and major credit cards (NOT DISCOVER). There is a 3% electronic transaction fee that will be added to the sub-total for electronic payments.

10.        Shore Side Installations and installers are NOT responsible for protecting client landscaping and personal items on site, nor liable for damage to client landscaping or personal items on site. Please clean up personal items within six feet from pool perimeter.

•             Dirty/slimy/green water is left in the pool.

•             Installers show up to change liner and cannot complete the liner change due to severe rust on the wall, the pool frame is worn out or ruined, client is not ready, client has forgotten, liner/gaskets or materials are not on site, etc. A 10% reschedule/cancellation fee will be due immediately for rescheduling/cancelation beyond the control of weather.
