Installation includes:
Excavation of new pool site. Cost and delivery of foundation aggregate and materials. Construction of new pool foundation: Layout, placement, leveling, and aggregate compaction. Pool Kit and Pump/Filter assembly. Fold-free liner installation. Hard plumbing from Pump/Filter to Skimmer/return (schedule 40 PVC pipe, ball valves, and unions).
Client Responsibilities And Important Information:
1. New installations require the excavation of at least 2-3 inches depth of soil/earth from the new pool site (approximately 4 to 10 cubic yards). Disposal is extra and will be estimated upon request. If disposal is not requested, then excavated materials will be left in a mound up to 20 feet away from new pool site.
2. Warranty is voided when old/used parts and components are re-used.
3. Shore Side Installations is only responsible for hooking-up the pump and filter, and is not liable for its working condition.
4. Installers are not responsible for box wrinkles or defective liners. If in such an event that the liner has a factory defect, please contact the place of purchase. Please take note that Shore Side Installations is not liable for loss of water or chemicals due to a defective liner, the defective liner, defective pool components, or for the cost of their replacements.
5. Shore Side Installations is not responsible for the disposal of the old pools, liners, or components from the job site. Installers can move the old items to a specific location within reasonable limits.
6. Full amount is to be paid upon completion of installation.
7. Aside from weather or daylight: If, for any reason (wrong new liner, incorrect parts, all components not ready and on site, etc.), after the job has been started and then the job needs to be postponed, the client must pay half of the install price (plus travel charges if applicable).
8. Shore Side Installations accepts cash, check, or Venmo. There is a 3% electronic transaction fee that will be added to the sub-total for Venmo payments.
9. Shore Side Installations and installers are NOT responsible for protecting client landscaping and personal items on site, nor liable for damage to client landscaping or personal items on site. Please have all personal items and landscaping removed from install site and its egresses.
10. Client is responsible for ladder/steps placement. Ladders/Steps should be installed after the pool is filled and chemically balanced. A ladder mat is recommended for liner protection.
11. Client will be responsible for electrical services.
12. Shore Side Installations is not responsible for permitting and inspections enforced by local guidelines and regulations. Permits and inspections are the owners responsibility.
EXTRA CHARGES will be applied for (and not limited to) the following:
· Installers show up to jobsite and cannot complete the install due to incorrect components, defective components, client is not ready, client has forgotten, liner/materials are not on site, etc.
· Client wants extra items (lights, salt system, components and parts, etc.) added.
· Removal of old parts from jobsite.
